Q. Do you allow pets at your properties?

A. Pet policies vary from property to property based on rules established by the condo or homeowners' associations that govern the properties. Please refer to the policies and notes in each listing to view the pet policy details.

Q. What is the minimum stay for your properties?

A. Minimum stay may vary from property to property based on rules established by the condo or homeowners' associations that govern the properties. Common minimum stay periods you will find at our properties are 1 week, 1 month, or 90 days. 

Q. Is there a minimum booking age for your properties?

A. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a vacation property through Coastal Florida Rentals, and Guest's extended family and other guests may only be permitted when the booking Guest is in residence on the property. 

Q. What items do your rentals come stocked with?
A. All of our properties come provided with pillows, linens, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels & washcloths, and extras located in closets. In addition, all homes are provided with a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. Extra amenities include a coffee maker, toaster, washer and dryer, TVs, cable, and wireless high-speed internet. 

Q. Will I have someone to contact about the property in case of an emergency?
A. At Coastal Florida Rentals, we pride ourselves on our first-class customer service. You will communicate with a responsive point of contact leading up to and immediately after your stay. We also provide a 24-hour emergency maintenance hotline for after-hours maintenance emergencies such as fire, flood, no A/C, no hot water, or being locked out of the rental home.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 50% of payments made by Tenant to Landlord are refundable to Tenant if Tenant cancels this Lease 90 days or more before the Lease Term begins. No payments made by Tenant to Landlord will be refunded to Tenant if Tenant cancels the Lease less than 90 days before the Lease Term begins. All payments made by Tenant to Landlord are refundable to Tenant if Landlord cancels the Lease before the Lease Term begins.

Q. What is your security deposit?
A. The damage deposit for all Coastal Florida Rental properties is a $2,500 or $5,000 pre-authorization on the credit card provided, depending on the property rented. The pre-authorization takes effect one day before your stay begins and is in effect until five days after your stay ends, in order for us to be able to assess any potential damages. If no damages are found, the full amount of the pre-authorization is voided. If some damages are found, charges are applied to the booking credit card in the amount of the damages.
