  • Pets welcome
  • 11 guest maximum
  • Quotes presented at booking inquiry are estimations and a final quote will be provided to you by Coastal Florida Rentals upon response.
  • Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $500 pet privilege fee for one pet, or $1000 for two or more pets, selected at check-out.
  • Note: The above pet fees and policies remain subject to laws regarding Emotional Support Animals (ESA’s), with the provision of a doctor’s note, or letter from a licensed healthcare provider.

Payment Schedule:

  • 50% of the total amount is due at time of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
  • 0% refundable if canceled after.

Security Deposit:

  • $5,000 pre-authorization on a credit card is pulled 1 day prior to arrival, and voided 5 days after departure.
